Tasha relocated from South Australia to Kalgoorlie with her family in 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Charles Darwin University in 2016, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Adelaide. Tasha joined Ellery Brookman in August 2018, and after being admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019, she dedicated several years to the firm before taking ownership in 2022

Before her time at Ellery Brookman, Tasha worked with prominent right-to-die activists, advocating for euthanasia law reform in collaboration with Australian and international media. Her legal insights have been recognised internationally, with her commentary published by the U.S. legal news service, Jurist.

Tasha has significant experience across various legal fields, including commercial and business law, deceased estates, family law, mining law, civil litigation, and debt collection. She represents clients in the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts of Western Australia, as well as the Family Court and the Warden's Court.

Outside of her legal work, Tasha enjoys spending time with her family, renovating, prospecting, and passionately supporting the Port Adelaide Football Club. She also appreciates connecting with friends and colleagues in relaxed social settings, enjoying the sense of community and camaraderie these moments bring.

Sarah grew up on a farming property east of Esperance, developing a strong connection to the region. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in History and English from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle.

An award-winning author, Sarah received the Centenary Medal for Services to Australia and Literature. Her novels, Skins (2002) and Texas: An Australian Love Story (2008), were published by Allen and Unwin.

Sarah began her legal career at Ellery Brookman in 2013 as a paralegal clerk and relocated to Kalgoorlie in 2017 to take on a full-time role with the firm. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia shortly after.

Sarah focuses on estate planning and deceased estates, including wills, trusts, and estate administration, with additional experience in commercial law, such as contracts, property law, and business transactions.

Outside of work, Sarah participates in community events in Esperance and Hopetoun. She enjoys the natural beauty and tranquility of the coastal areas, which provide a refreshing balance to her professional life.

Louise grew up in the Wheatbelt and completed her high school education at John Paul College in Kalgoorlie. She joined the firm as a paralegal clerk in 2017 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in August 2019.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Communications from Edith Cowan University. Before joining Ellery Brookman, she gained diverse experience in the Kalgoorlie mining industry, volunteered in Thailand, lived and worked in England for two years, and contributed to community development projects in remote Aboriginal communities.

Louise practices in various areas of commercial law, with a particular emphasis on property, leasing, and business sale and purchase transactions, as well as deceased estates and estate planning.

In her free time, Louise enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and working on home improvements.


Graeme is an energy and resources lawyer with significant experience within the resources industry, firstly as a mineral geologist and then as a corporate and commercial lawyer within the oil and gas industry. He has worked extensively in the mining, energy and oil industries and is experienced across a variety of jurisdictions, including New South Wales, Western Australia, New Zealand, South-east Asia, North and South America and Papua New Guinea.

Graeme has worked as counsel for and consulted to a variety of petroleum and energy companies in Papua New Guinea, USA , New Zealand and Australia and has undertaken secondment roles as corporate counsel to petroleum companies in Sydney. He has successfully managed initial public offerings, capital raisings and the legal aspects with respect to financing and construction of an oil refinery and the acquisition of major petroleum distribution businesses in Papua New Guinea.

In his spare time, Graeme and his wife enjoy farming alpacas, walking their four dogs and cycling.

Omega's life began in Zimbabwe, where she grew up before relocating to Kalgoorlie in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe, graduating in 2012. Prior to her move to Australia, Omega gained valuable experience working as a legal officer for a government department in Zimbabwe, where she developed a strong foundation in legal practice.

Once in Australia, Omega sought to expand her knowledge and qualifications, earning Diplomas in Business and Management from Central Regional TAFE – Kalgoorlie in 2016. She continued her academic journey by completing further studies at Charles Darwin University in 2022, enhancing her legal expertise and understanding of the Australian legal system. In 2023, Omega achieved another milestone by earning a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, preparing her for the next step in her career.

She joined Ellery Brookman as a Paralegal, where she has since gained practical experience in various areas of law. In May 2024, Omega was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, marking a significant achievement in her legal career. Today, she specialises in family law, estate planning, deceased estates, and civil litigation, providing clients with comprehensive legal services across these critical areas.

Outside of her legal career, Omega enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, cherishing the connections she has built in Kalgoorlie. She is also an active participant in the local community, enjoying her time on the netball court, where she stays fit and engaged with others. Erricah moved to Kalgoorlie from Papua New Guinea with her family in 2006. After completing her primary and secondary education in Kalgoorlie, she pursued higher education at the University of Western Australia, where she graduated in 2019 with a double major in Law and Society and Communications and Media. Following this, she earned a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 2023 and will be admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in Autumn 2025.

Currently, Erricah is looking forward to her admission and immersing herself in various areas of law under the mentorship of senior solicitors, as she works to discover her area of specialization. She is gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of practice areas, which is allowing her to build a comprehensive understanding of the legal profession and refine her interests as she prepares to carve out her future legal career.

Outside of her professional life, Erricah is an active participant in sports, enjoying soccer, touch rugby, and volleyball. She values spending time with her young son, and her passion for community engagement shines through in her volunteer work, where she contributes to the local culture and spirit of Kalgoorlie.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning and joined Ellery Brookman in 2017. She has extensive experience in both local government and private practice town planning. Lisa has worked on specialised projects for local authorities and served on various governance bodies, including the Cottesloe Design Advisory Panel and the John XXIII College Council, where she also chaired the Property & Planning Committee.

In her professional role, Lisa has provided design advice, assessing development designs against local planning policies and the Residential Design Codes for numerous Western Australian building companies. She has also evaluated building designs for developer approvals at Beachridge Estate in Jurien Bay, demonstrating her expertise in urban and regional planning.

In addition to her work in town planning, Lisa is a very talented paralegal. She plays a crucial role in supporting the legal team, contributing her knowledge and skills to a wide range of legal matters. Her ability to blend her urban planning expertise with her legal work makes her a valuable asset to the firm.

In 2016, Brandi moved to Perth, where she worked as a Business Manager, refining her ability to oversee teams, manage personnel, and drive organisational success. In 2024, she relocated to Kalgoorlie and now serves as the Office and Business Development Manager for the firm.
